Hi Jon sad to hear news of issues yesterday in one the matches in our Senior E League.

We were having a totally different experience at Carr Lane yesterday.

Respectful, sportsmanship, discipline, enjoyment and teamwork...
What it’s all about !!

Everyone had a fab day including the Ref.
Referees need to enjoy it and want to come back !!

Rivalry is perfectly healthy and normal, as long as it’s respectful.

As a further footnote in praise of Colts Rugby Ethos. 

Tarleton recently awarded the Eccles coaching staff a Rugby Ambassador award for their services to the game in respect of a long standing rivalry/friendship between our two Clubs at the Colts Age-Grade...
