Warrington v Glossop U18 Lancashire Colts Cup 24th October 2021

Sorry I didn’t know who to send this to but if it can be passed to those who run the league I would be grateful.

I just wanted to contact you to report what a credit the Glossop RUFC U18 (Senior colts)  players, coaches and parents are to their Club (and Rugby).

Despite struggling a little for numbers they travelled to Warrington today,  put in a fantastic performance and characterised everything that is good about Rugby. Especially after all that has happened in the last 18 months.

It meant that 30+ boys got a game of Rugby which was played in a fabulous spirit.

After the game we shared a few beers in the bar and discussed the finer points of the game.

Hopefully they had a safe trip home and we sincerely wish them the very best of luck for the rest of the season.
