LOCKDOWN

Following Government's national lockdown announcements to counter the

steep rise in Covid - 19 infections, all community rugby activity in England is

suspended until further notice.

In line with the Government policy, all adult and age grade rugby training

and fixtures must stop. This means we return to Stage A on the Return to

Community Rugby Roadmap for all players.

The NOWIRUL Leagues will now look at providing fixtures from the 13th

March. In most Clusters this will involve playing each team once only,

although in the smaller clusters they will play twice. All scheduled games up to

this date will now be cancelled.

Please remember

NOWIRUL are only the providers of fixtures. It is up to the decisions of individual

clubs and teams to decide each week if they can play. If games are not played,

for reasons other than a concede, the game will be put down as a draw.

At all times we must follow Government and RFU Guidance.
