All Entry Fees and other Entry Package Items remaining outstanding as of Weds 9th June will Negate your Entry which will then likely be declined for the coming season.
If you believe there is an error in our records as you have submitted your Fees or Forms then please advise us when or simply re-submit... !!
As advised in various reminders issued the Seeding Officers are working diligently towards achieving the League Seedings so that equitable Leagues can be determined and the fixtures formatted.
This is for the benefit of your Players... and cannot be done without your Squad Registrations, Seeding Forms, and Team Ratings.
You have all known the requirements since the Pre-Entry Meetings held between Thurs 25th and Tues 30th March... with the Entry Forms published on Tues 13th April - so there has been plenty of time & notice.
Like you the Seeding Officers are Volunteers whose time is valued by the League.
Teams who do not communicate and co-operate with the Seeding and Rating Process cause undue delays and will have their commitment to the Colts League seriously questioned...
Experience has taught us these are the Teams who cause problems for others in their League as the season progresses, and for their League Secretaries, and in many cases they are the ones who end up failing and withdrawing.
Be in no doubt: Entries from Teams with such a tardy attitued will likely be declined.
