is the ideal focus for your pre-season training...

Event : Northwich Junior & Senior Colts – 10 a Side Competition

Date : Saturday 28th August 2010

Venue : Northwich RUFC, Moss Farm, Northwich.

Timings and detailed information about the tournament will be notified once the number of entries is confirmed.

Numbers will be strictly limited and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Whether you are an U16’s side preparing for your first season as Colts or an established Colts side preparing for another challenging season. This event is one of a series of varied events that take place across the August Bank Holiday Weekend here at Moss Farm, under the banner of “The Northwich Festival”.

Following the Saturday "Rugby" competitions you are invited to stick around and enjoy an evening of fantastic live entertainment in the main festival marquee. If you have travelled some distance, why not bring the camping gear and stop the night, so you can relax and enjoy the evening’s entertainment to the full.

There is no charge for the camping, but we would appreciate an indication of the numbers of tents that you intend to bring for our planning purposes.

On Sunday we will be presenting the North West Novice Strongman competition in the main arena and from about lunchtime we will have a series of local bands playing in the marquee...

So there is no need to rush off on the Sunday.

Throughout the weekend refreshments and food will be available along with a well-stocked bar.

Alongside the Colts 10’s competition, we will be running the Northwest Ladies 10’s tournament, so if you have a Ladies section, please let them know (there will be correspondence going out the ladies teams separately).

We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible in August and let’s hope that we see no more Met Office forecasts of a BBQ summer, so we get some nice weather !!
