Pursuant to the Constitution I hereby give the 1st Calling Notice to the 7th Annual General Meeting of the North West Colts League.

Event : Colts League 7th AGM (2012) and Pre-Season Managers' Meeting.

Date : Wednesday 22nd August 2012

Time : 7.00pm for 7.30pm

AGENDA      MINUTES of the 6th and previous AGM (2011)

Per Colts League Regulation 1(5). ALL TEAMS (ie : each age group) must send at least one Representative to this meeting who MUST be involved with the day to day running of the Team; on penalty of a 2 point deduction for not attending.

We plan an informative short(ish) meeting to prepare Team Managers for the forthcoming season.

To plan to miss it is to plan to fail... and you will also miss out on your Team Stash !!
