Introducing the RAGING BULL "Cock-o-the-North" U19 Challenge...

A concept of the North West Colts League the Cock-o-the-North U19 Challenge Cup Competition was conceived for Club based Senior Colts (U19) Teams who play Colts League Rugby.

Now in it's Fourth Season the Cock-o-the-North U19 Challenge Cup has it's routes in the traditional County Championship between Teams from the Northern Counties.

We had hoped to run with a similar format to the RFU's National U17's Competition - on a knockout basis involving "League Winning" Colts Teams from throughout the Northern Division, however with pressures on fixture dates in the Youth Structured Season the respective CB's were unable to align their calendars and the originally envisaged format was not to be - for this season at least.

Therefore in partnership with our colleagues from Yorkshire, Cumbria, Durham and Northumberland the format for the 2012 Cock-o-the-North will again be a one off Finals Day.

Top Teams will be nominated from the Raging Bull NW Colts League & League Cup Competitions and their Yorkshire, Cumbria, Durham and Northumberland counterparts.

Needless to say these 4 x Finals involve the best in U19 Senior Colts Teams who have proven themsleves worthy...

The Raging Bull Cock-o-the-North U19 Challenge Cup Finals are seen by some as the epitaph to a successful Colts' season and by many players as the crowning glory to their Colts Rugby career.
