Match Card (Issue #17)
Match Cards should be prepared in advance and handed to the Referee before each game.
Your Referee will then fill in the scores and sign the card once the match has finished.
Match Cards should be submitted as detailed in the Post-Match Regulations.
Please Do Not Send as a .JPG file.
