Colts League - League Cup Competition(s)...
The Raging Bull NW Colts League's "League Cup" competitions comprise the League Cup Plate Bowl Shield and Vase in each of the Junior Colts and Senior Colts categories.
Teams qualify for the knock-out format Cup or Plate dependant on their League placings at the end of their Senior and Junior Colts League Seasons.
Those knocked out in the 1st round of the League Cup proceed to the League Bowl and those knocked out in the 1st round of the League Plate to the League Shield.
The Vase is for Teams returning from the Divisional Cup Competitions.

At JUNIOR COLTS - Under 17...
Following the final games of the Junior Colts League Season (Sunday 26th Feb) Teams proceed automatically to the various League Cup Competitions determined by their final position in the League Tables.
Our Top Teams will be nominated to the RFU National U17 Cup Competitions (Cup Plate Bowl and Shield). Should any Team fail at the first hurdle and lose in the first round they will be brought back into the Colts League Junior Vase.
The Colts League Junior Cup is a Cross-League competition matching the next level of Teams in the Junior Cup & Junior Bowl with lower level Teams in the Junior Plate & Junior Shield. Thus all Junior Colts teams are guaranteed a minimum of two additional competitive fixtures in the League Cup Competitions.
First round Junior Cup losers will proceed to the Junior Bowl and first round Junior Plate losers proceed to the Junior Shield.
Entry to the RFU National U17 Cup Competitions and the JUNIOR COLTS League Cup Competitions is free of charge to Colts League Member Teams. Managers of Teams not wishing to proceed to these Cup competitions should please notify the Hon Secretary - as a matter of urgency.
At SENIOR COLTS - Under 19/18...
Following the final games of the Senior Colts League Season (Sunday 26th Feb) Teams proceed automatically to the various League Cup Competitions determined by their final position in the League Tables.
The Colts League Senior Cup is a Cross-League competition matching the top Teams in the Senior Cup & Senior Bowl and lower level Teams in the Senior Plate & Senior Shield.
First round Senior Cup losers will proceed to the Senior Bowl and first round Senior Plate losers to the Senior Shield. Thus all Senior Colts teams are guaranteed a minimum of two additional competitive fixtures in the League Cup Competitions.
The full format of the Cock-o-the-North U19 Challenge is still to be agreed between the Committees of the Raging Bull NW Colts League and their counterparts from Yorkshire Northumberland Durham and N.Cumbria however the Cock-o-the-North Challenge Finals are booked in for Sun 13th May.
