Entry Regulations...

1. Register Your eMail Address...
(1). Colts Contacts should add their eMail address to the League's Database via the Join Mailing List link.
(2). Registered Contacts receive Newsletters and notice of the Entry Application Form as soon as it is published.
(4). Managers & Coaches of all next season's Colts Teams must attend the Pre-Season Meeting in March.
(5). Non-attenders will have their commitment to the League seriously questioned.
(6). Subsequent entries from Non-attenders may well be declined.

2. Entry Applications...(1). The New Season's
Entry Application Form will be published in April of the preceding season.
(2). Entry Forms should be completed Online, printed off, and signed by the Team Manager or Coach.
(3). Entry Forms should then be counter-signed by your Senior Club Secretary (not MJ Secretary or Chairman).
(4). Printed & signed forms should be posted to the Honorary Secretary, to be received before 24th May.
(5a). Payment should accompany your Application.
(5b). The Colts League accepts cheques (enclosed with Application Forms) or Online / BACS payments...
(5c). If paying Online or by BACS this must be indicated on your Online Entry Application.
(5d). Applications will not be accepted or processed without payment.
(5e). If necessary Managers or Coaches are advised to send their own cheque and claim it back from the Club.
(5f). Teams are advised not to wait for their Treasurer to "raise a cheque" or they may miss the entry deadline.
(6). DO NOT send your postal entries by Recorded Delivery, Registered or Signed For Post.
(7). Please use an A5 (not A4) Envelope when posting your Entry Application.
(8). DO NOT use a Large envelope with a small envelope Stamp on it...
(9). The HonSec will not pay any underpaid postage and your Entry will be declined.
(11). The Entry Deadline will not be extended as the Seeded Leagues need to be agreed & ratified in good time.
NB :
The League's System sends an acknowledgement e-mail {to the Manager only} within a few minutes if your Online Entry has been correctly submitted with the correct email address...

do not e-mail or phone the HonSec to check if your entry has been received...
An "Entries Received" list will be published periodically on the Colts League website
