The Colts League are pleased to confirm details of this season's Presentation Evening.

Event : Colts League Presentation Evening 2010

Date : Friday 12th March 2010

Time : 7.00pm for 7.30pm start

Venue : Bowdon RUFC, Clay Lane, Timperley. WA15 7AF

The evening will be a celebration of Colts League Rugby over the past season, and the Presentations will be made as follows, starting at 7.30pm prompt...

The respective Junior Colts - League Champions will be presented with their Championship Trophies and League Winners Ties.

JUNIOR COLTS LEAGUE CHAMPIONS

Junior E - Buxton RUFC

Junior D - Liverpool St.Helens FC

Junior C - Warrington RUFC

Junior B - Macclesfield RUFC

Junior A - Vale-of-Lune RUFC

The Fairplay Winners, as determined by their Peers from within the Colts Leagues, will be presented with their Trophies...

The respective Senior Colts - League Champions will then be presented with their Championship Trophies and League Winners Ties.

Senior A - Caldy RFC

We expect to finish the official formalities at approximately 8.45pm.

The facilities will then be open for those (who are not designated drivers) who wish to avail themselves of a small libation.

INVITATION : (Who Should Attend ?)
We would hope the Managers, Coaches, and all Squad Members of the League Championship Winning Teams will accept our invitation to attend to receive their Championship Trophies and League Winners Ties.

For the Fairplay Winners the Manager, Coach, and Captain should please attend.

Team Managers should also confirm the name of your Captain to receive the Trophies on the night.

We regret that this season, with 12 Trophies and 250+ Ties to present to their various recipients, and an indoor venue, there is very little room for Parents or "Significant Others" to attend. Those helping with transport will be welcome, however please keep this to a minimum.

MANAGERS :~
Please Confirm... your attendance with me by e-mail, listing your Captain's name (to receive the awards) and approximate numbers attending (for catering purposes). We also need to know whether you will be travelling by coach... so arrangements can be made to accomodate you in the car park.

IMPORTANT NOTE :~
Please DO NOT bring your own cans or bottles into the Bowdon RUFC Clubhouse or Grounds on the evening. The Colts League and the County will take action against those who breach this regulation.
