CONTACTS...
The League's "Contacts" Database has been updated with the latest new season additions gleaned from your Entry Applications, plus other changes recently notified to the League Secretary.
Any more updates should be e-mailed in ASAP.
Managers are requested to check their own details are correct - and report back if they are not !!
HOW TO CHECK...
Under the new "Tables & Fixtures" item on the Left Hand Menu - click on your "League" (eg Senior E).
This opens the "Competition" page where the "Team Contacts" hyperlink is at the top of the page.
Click this link and then check all the Contact details for your Team.
Please check all names, positions, and contact phone numbers are correct.
If your Fixtures Secretary's phone numbers are missing it would be a good idea to add them !!
CHECK YOUR E-MAIL A/D...
Send yourself an e-mail by clicking on the "Envelope Icon" next to your phone number.
If one comes trough - it's working. This is how Managers can e-mail each other through the WebSite...
Please check your Colleagues e-mail addresses likewise as some are already bouncing back and they may not be receiving the Newsletters...
If either are not working please let me know the correct address and i'll check it out. league.secretary@colts-rugby.org.uk
CHECK YOUR OWN CLUB DETAILS...
Under the "Clubs+/County" link click on "Your Club" and check all the information is up-to-date.
We would particularly like you to check the best directions are available - plus the Google Maps link.
Also, check the colours your Team plays in are correct. If not let us know likewise as this is important to your Opponents and to your Referees.
Finally, in addition to the Rugby First link shown on the respective "Club" pages we will shortly be adding a link to your Club's OWN Website; please e-mail me with the correct URL address.
