Squad Registration Form

If completing your Squad Registration Form on your PC then click on : "File / Save As" and save as a Word.doc with "Your Team Name.doc" (ie: FleetwoodJnrColts.doc) as the title.
Save a copy on your PC for future additions and updates. You can send them in, by e-mail or Fax, as follows...
By e-mail...
Completed Squad Registration Forms (saved as a Word.doc only) can be e-mailed to the League on : squadreg@colts-rugby.org.uk
By FAX...
Alternatively Squad Registration Forms can be printed off or hand written and sent by FAX
Scans...
Please DO NOT e-mail scans of Forms unless you have converted them to a PDF file first.
Scans & other files sent as a .jpg file will not get through and will be deleted !!
