SQUAD REGISTRATION REGULATIONS
(1). Managers must register ALL Players on the official Colts League "Squad Registration Form" for Players to be eligible to play.

(3). Completed "Squad Registration Forms" should be submitted, by FAX, to the League at the number on the form - Initially before 1st September each season. Managers should keep their own copy for further Additions...
(4). New or Returning Players not previously registered with the League must not play in a Colts League game for their New Club until properly registered with the League on a Team's "Squad Registration Form" - under penalty of a one point deduction per game / offence.
(5). Once a New or Returning Player's details have been added to the Form and submitted by FAX to the League he may then play for his new Team - so long as his Old Club / Team has been informed by his new Team's Manager or Coach, as a matter of courtesy, of the change of Club registration.
(6). If awaiting RFU Registration Numbers then Players names and dates of birth must at least be registered and submitted to the League. Do not forget to keep a copy of the revision for yourself. RFU numbers must be added and submitted ASAP thereafter.
(7). Coaches are advised to carry a copy of their "Squad Registration Forms" with them each matchday.
The RFU and County Registrar should be notified of any change of Club by completing an updated RFU Young Player Registration.
