(1). All Colts Players must be registered with the RFU's Young Player Registrations Scheme as Members of their Club.
(2). RFU Young Player Registrations are arranged through you own Club's Youth Registration Officer who is able to register young players online with the RFU's Rugby First system.
(3). RFU (Young Player Registration) I/D Cards, complete with photo, must be made up and carried for every Player in your Squad. The Rugby First online registration system produces the RFU I/D Cards to which a Photo must be added.
(4). Photo's on RFU I/D Cards should be updated at U17.
(5). RFU I/D Cards must be available for inspection between Managers before each game, and must be checked in line with RFU Guidelines at least 30 minutes before the scheduled Kick Off time.
(6). Teams failing to make their RFU I/D Cards available for checking will be deducted points and may also forfeit the game.
(7). Managers and Coaches have a Duty of Care to the Players in their charge and to their opposition - Over Aged Players must not be selected.
