PROCEEDINGS :
The evening is a celebration of Colts League Rugby over the past season - for some the pinnacle of their rugby career to date...
All Colts League "League Champions", and "League Cup Winners" are expected to attend to receive their Trophies and Awards.
(Parents and 'Significant Others' are also welcome).
A light buffet will be provided, and the bar will be open for those who are not 'delegated / designated drivers' and would like to partake of a small libation (hence the 7pm start).
We expect to finish the official formalities at approximately 10.30pm.

INVITATION :
In addition to the Players, Coaches, and Managers from the Winning Teams, this invitation is also extended to all those Referees, Coaches, and Managers who have been involved in and supported the Colts League this season.
To assist with the planning for catering etc... Please drop me an e-mail confirming your attendance (with expected numbers).
Team Managers should also confirm the name of your Captain to receive the Trophies on the night.
We also need to know whether you will be travelling by coach... so arrangements can be made to accomodate you in the car park.
