PDF Guidelines...

PDF files eMailed as an attachment to a Colts League's eMail address is scanned for viruses and then circulated Automatically by our WebSite Server to all personnel in League Admin who need to see it.

Completed Match Cards and Squad Registration Forms can be scanned-in & converted to a PDF then saved and eMailed to the League as an attached PDF...

Many Free PDF Conversion programmes are available e.g. Primo PDF or PDFCreator

Many Printer/Scanners now give you the option to automatically save your scan as a PDF File.

PDF files should preferably be saved as YourTeamName.pdf (eg: LymmSnrColts.pdf) and eMailed as an attachment to one of the below eMail addresses.

PLEASE NOTE :
Scans which are not PDF's (.JPG's etc...) are automatically deleted and will not get through !!

When sending by eMail please identify your Team or the Match & date in the Subject bar...
