The RFU National Under 17's Competition features 4 knock-out competitions, similar to our own Colts League Cup, namely the Cup, Plate, Bowl, and Shield.

For "Nominated" Teams from the Halbro Colts League the first three rounds of this National Competition are between Teams from the Northern Division, and are the Divisional 1/4 Finals, Divisional Semi-Fianls, and Divisional Finals.

The Northern Divisional Champions in each Competition then go forward to play the Midlands Champions in the National Semi-Finals, and then onward to the National Finals played at Worcester's Sixways.

Nominations
Nominations of Teams from the Halbro Colts League, and from the Yorkshire Leagues will be taken into consideration based on final League placings at the end of the Junior Colts League Season - on 24th February.

02nd March - Divisional 1/4 Finals

16th March - Divisional Semi-Finals

06th April - Divisional Finals - Tarleton & Wirral win through...

20th April - National Semi-Finals - at Macclesfield RUFC

04th May - National Finals - at Worcester

Player Qualification
Players must have been effectively registered with the Club they are representing on the RFU "RugbyFirst" database on or before 31st December of the current season.
