Results... are updated on the WebSite every Sunday evening - by our willing Volunteers.
TEXTed Results and completed Match Result Cards must therefore be received on time or this makes additional work... and the volunteers a little less willing.
Results Reporting...
BY TEXT...
(1). Both Team Managers must report the result by TEXT to the League Fixtures Secretary on 07980-105655 (text only - no voice calls), preferably immediately after the game, but at the latest by Sunday 6pm.
TEXTs should report :
HomeTeam / Score / vs / AwayTeam / Score / from / Your Name / YourTeam / Your League
Example Text Reads :
Longridge Jnrs 21 vs Cheadle Jnrs 12 from: Joe Bloggs of LongridgeJnrColts Junior D
Why not save your first text as a template for future weeks. This makes it easy to edit and send in the result as soon as the game is over - BUT - check the score with the Referee first.
(2). Postponed games must be reported back - by TEXT likewise - by Sunday 6pm.
IN WRITING...
(3). Both Team Managers must complete their own Match Result Card prior to each game, identifying Front Row Replacements where indicated. Completed Match Cards must then be handed to the Match Referee before the game.
(4). After the game the Referee should be asked to insert the score, mark any Red or Yellow Cards against the Player's name(s), and sign the Match Card.
(5). Managers should then countersign their opponents Match Card and each should then send their own Match Card to the League by 6pm Monday.
Completed Match Cards can be submitted by FAX.

They can be scanned and e-mailed as a PDF.

(8). Repeat offenders guilty of Late / None Reporting will be dealt with as appropriate by the League Committee.
