A Fax sent to the Colts League's dedicated Fax Number is automatically converted to a PDF and forwarded by eMail to all in League Admin who need to see it, without human intervention...
Thus sending a FAX saves valuable time for our Team of Volunteers.

Please DO NOT send a cover sheet... with your faxed Match Card or Squad Registrations.

Please DO NOT send two Fax sheets or pages at the same time...

Please ONLY FAX ONE SHEET at a time !!
