A fax sent to the Colts League's dedicated Fax number is circulated automatically by the League's WebSite Server to all personnel in League Admin who need to see it.

For the technical amongst you they are recieved by a FAX server (GFI FaxMaker) which automatically converts the fax into PDF and emails it on without having to be opened, read, and re-directed by human intervention.

Please DO NOT scan and e-mail any forms as attachments unless specifically requested to do so. It causes extra work for someone, and also poses the risk of a potential virus or worm. The League does not send out attachments because of the risk of viruses and worms, and we likewise we do not expect to have to open or forward unsolicited attachments either.
