Disciplinary Guidelines...

What Happens to Players who are "Sent Off" ?
Any Player (or Coach or Spectator) who receives a Red Card during a Colts League match, or anyone bringing the game into disrepute in any other way will be dealt with severely by their County Disciplinary Committee.

If a Player (or Coach or Spectator) is Red Carded, or a match is abandoned, the Team Manager must inform their Club Secretary immediately as failure by a Club Secretary to report a sending off or abandonment to the County Disciplinary Secretary within 48 hours may lead to action and a fine being imposed against the offending Club.

A Player sent off or cited in an Under 17’s (Junior Colts) match will appear before his own Club Disciplinary Committee who are responsible for taking disciplinary action against the Player under guidance from the County Youth Disciplinary Secretary.

A Player sent off or cited in an U19’s (Senior Colts) Match is subject to the RFU Disciplinary Regulations applicable to all Adult Players and will be dealt with by their County Disciplinary Committee.

Sanctions will be in accordance with RFU U19 Sanction Guidelines or U17 Sanction Guidelines.

For Players this will be a Ban from playing.

For Coaches or Spectators this may well mean a ban from the touchlines or Rugby altogether.

Players under sanction must not be selected to play in ANY Match - for School or Club..

Sanctions issued against Youth Players count towards a Club’s totting up of offences noted under RFU Disciplinary Regulations and may result in a Club itself being called before it's own County Disciplinary Committee.
